Site Lead
POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting directly to the Executive Director, Site leads are responsible for the overall operations of their respective sites. This includes maintaining relevant records, the implementation of site specific and company wide initiatives and communicating status of site to the rest of the operations team. In this role, the Site Coordinator should have excellent written and verbal communication, strategy and understanding the Academy’s mission and vision.
Compensation: $14.00-$16.00/Hour (D.O.E)
Commitment: 10-15 Hours/Week
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish and maintain personal contact and relationships with site specific decision makers (Principal, admin, site partners etc.)

Verify lessons and AaG’s meet standards a minimum of (2) weeks prior to teaching date.

Ensure lesson and AaG is delivered to in class team and operations coordinator a minimum of four (4) business days’ prior

Communicate with parents/guardians specific site news and specific scholar news

Ensure attendance is given to operations coordinator

Liaison between site and the Academy

Ensure records are kept of tests including scores, performance changes, etc.

Coordinate team meetings for site team

Maintain education team calendar

Ensure proper worksheets, quizzes etc. are printed prior to class

Complete each lesson one week prior and note how you would approach teaching or amending (QC the lesson)

Communicate materials needed for class operations coordinator a minimum one (1) week prior to class
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Understanding of nonprofit organizational structure

Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Excellent research skills

Knowledge of wealth and education disparities in underserved communities

Strategize and lead new initiatives in a team environment
